Sustaining HeArtfullness (SH)
Sustaining HeArtfullness is a 6-week program that uses creative expression, imagery, meditation, compassion-based skills, and journaling to help participants sustain fullness in a challenging world.
Sessions are designed to be restorative, while also empowering participants to access inner wisdom that lies beyond rational, linear thinking. This practical, skill-based training provides a supportive environment to practice evidence-based, selfcare tools that lead to greater resilience, vitality, and joy.

Facilitator
Sylvia Dolce is a certified CCT Instructor from the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, Stanford University. Founder of Integrative Self Care, she has a masters degree in art therapy. Sylvia is also certified as a guided imagery practitioner, and as a yoga instructor. She has been a meditation practitioner for over 35 years. Sylvia loves to share her skills and experience with individuals and organizations in the USA, Canada and Europe.

Sustaining HeArtfullness Training Includes
- 2 hours per week of contemplative reflection using art, imagery, journaling, compassion-based skill-building exercises, group sharing and meditation.
- The 5th session is an all day, self-care retreat that includes gentle yoga, a self-appreciation exercise, contemplative art-making, and journaling (10am to 4pm).
- Access to a class webpage that provides links to guided audio meditations, research articles, and other helpful resources for participants who are interested in expanding beyond the material covered in class.
- The class webpage is available to participants for the duration of the 6-week training plus, an additional 3 months period after completing the SH training.
