Cultivating Mindfulness
Cultivating Mindfulness is a 5-week training that reviews fundamentals of mindfulness meditation practice. Sessions provide meditation instruction, as well as practical exercises and skills to help participants reconnect with their mindful nature. This program is accessible to anyone interested in strengthening their ability to be more focused, centered, and present in the moment. With regular practice, participants reap the benefits of mindfulness, and experience a direct impact on the quality of their life and well-being.
With mounting research data supporting evidence for the many benefits of mindfulness meditation, mindfulness has become a buzzword we hear everywhere. In reality, there is nothing new about mindfulness. We are all born with the ability to be fully present in the moment with an open mind and heart. Yet, in this busy, multitasking modern lifestyle, maintaining mindful awareness is increasingly challenging. Many of us have become disconnected from our mindful nature, and have become more distracted than ever before. Living this way can take the zest out life, and lead to feeling a diminished sense of connection, aliveness, and happiness.
If you believe you would benefit from reconnecting with your mindful nature, consider joining our next Cultivating Mindfulness series, and explore for yourself how this practice can transform your life.
Here you will find some of the interesting data emerging from scientific research on mindfulness practice.
